Our commitment
We want everyone to be able to use the Verdikx website and workspace, including people who use assistive technology. Our goal is to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA.
What we do
- Keyboard navigation: menus, buttons, links and forms can be reached and used with a keyboard, and focus is visible. Escape closes open menus.
- Skip link: every page starts with a “Skip to content” link that jumps past the navigation.
- Reduced motion: animations stop when your device asks for reduced motion, and a “Pause motion” button in the site footer stops them on any device. Scroll-driven sections then show a static layout.
- Contrast: text and controls are designed to meet WCAG AA contrast ratios.
- Text alternatives: meaningful images, such as integration logos, have alternative text; decorative images and animations are hidden from screen readers.
- Structure and labels: pages use headings, landmarks and lists, and navigation areas, icon buttons, tabs and form fields have accessible names and states (for example, expanded or selected).
Known limitations
- Some animations on the home page show product screens visually; the same information is available in the surrounding text.
- Evidence packet PDFs are generated for banks and payment processors and may not be fully tagged for screen readers.
- Parts of the workspace that open inside Shopify admin, and pages provided by Shopify or connected services (such as plan approval), are controlled by those providers.
- Some charts and dense data tables in the workspace may be harder to use with a screen reader or at high zoom.
- Verdikx has not yet had an independent accessibility audit. We test with keyboard navigation and browser accessibility tools and fix issues as we find them.
