No fake urgency, no inflated numbers. If we haven't earned a claim, we don't make it.

Ship small changes, test them, and fix what breaks quickly. Security and privacy are part of the work, not a review at the end.

- Written by default: decisions, designs and handovers live in docs, so no one needs to be online at the same moment.
- Few meetings, clear owners: each piece of work has one owner and a short written plan.
- Customers close by: everyone reads merchant feedback and support questions, not just the support team.
