How Disputifier pricing works
Disputifier's pricing page says it bills only on results, with no subscription, no minimum and no lock-in, and lets merchants pick the products they need:
- Chargeback Responses: 20% of recovered revenue, capped at $250 per recovery, paid only on won chargebacks. The page advertises a "Guaranteed increase in win rate" without stating a figure.
- Chargeback Alerts: no price on the pricing page; the Shopify listing prices CB Alerts from $17 to $27.50 per alert. The pricing page says false-positive, duplicate and nonrefunded alerts are credited automatically.
- Fraud Prevention and Item Not Received Prevention: listed without a price.
On the Shopify App Store, Disputifier is free to install, with a Basic Plan, a "7 Day Risk-Free Trial" and CB Fighting at 20% of won back revenue.
What Disputifier costs at sample volumes
The table above prices Chargeback Responses only, assuming an average recovered chargeback of $100. At that size the cap does not apply, so the fee is 20% of what is recovered. The cap lowers the fee only on a single recovery above $1,250: on a $2,000 recovery the fee is $250 instead of $400. It does not move the break-even with a Verdikx plan: below $395 recovered a month the 20% fee costs less than Growth, and above it the fee comes to at least $79 whatever the size of each recovery. Alerts add to the cost: 20 alerts a month at the listed prices cost $340 to $550.
