One plan per store
Every store needs its own plan: install Verdikx on each Shopify store and it gets its own plan, screening, disputes and settings. Enterprise offers multiple stores on a custom plan.
DevelopersAPI, webhooks and Zapier
A REST API for disputes, chargebacks, evidence notes and order risk, plus signed webhooks and Zapier triggers.
PlatformStores on and off Shopify
Shopify stores install the app. Merchants on WooCommerce (beta), other platforms or with processor disputes only use a workspace on verdikx.com.
