Does Verdikx take a percentage of recovered chargebacks?
No. Verdikx self-serve plans (Starter, Growth, Pro) are subscriptions with usage included and no revenue share, so Verdikx takes no cut of what you win back and no percentage of order value.
How much does Verdikx cost?
Starter $29/month, Growth $79/month, Pro $199/month, or 20% less billed yearly ($278/year, $23/month; $758/year, $63/month; $1910/year, $159/month). Every plan has a 7-day free trial and is billed through Shopify or by card.
What's included in each plan?
Starter ($29/mo): Shopify dispute evidence, AI drafts and the AI claim check for 10 cases a month (one shared count), delivery proof and chargeback intake from any processor by email or CSV. Growth ($79/mo): everything in Starter plus unlimited AI drafts and AI claim checks (fair use), order screening for up to 10,000 orders a month, returns review, refund-abuse scores, multi-processor disputes, Autopilot and the API. Pro ($199/mo): everything in Growth plus 50,000 orders a month, custom risk rules, WooCommerce sync and priority support. Every plan covers one store; each store needs its own plan.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every plan starts with a 7-day free trial, once per store (or per card-billed account): approved inside Shopify admin for a Shopify store, or started at card checkout for a workspace created on verdikx.com. When the trial ends, the plan you chose renews automatically, monthly or yearly at the price shown, until you cancel. Cancel before the trial ends and you aren't charged.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. No call or email is needed. On a Shopify store, open Billing in the app, choose Cancel plan and confirm; cancelling a yearly plan early gives a prorated credit for the unused time. On a workspace billed by card, open Billing, then Manage billing, and cancel on the Stripe page that opens. Either way you keep access for the time you've paid for. Plans renew monthly or yearly until you cancel.
Verdikx vs Chargeflow: which costs less?
Chargeflow's pricing page lists 25% of each recovered chargeback for its Automation product (checked 2026-10-05). Verdikx Growth is $79 a month with no percentage, so it costs less once you recover more than $316 a month: at $10,000 recovered, the 25% fee is $2,500. See Chargeflow pricing.
Can I get my money back if Verdikx isn't worth it?
Yes, for your first paid month. If Verdikx isn't worth it, email support within 30 days of your first charge after the free trial and cancel the plan; we refund that month's plan fee (on a yearly plan, one month's share). Once per store, on Starter, Growth, Pro. It refunds the subscription, not chargebacks, and banks still decide every dispute.
Can disputes be handled automatically?
Yes, with Autopilot on Growth and Pro. You choose processors, reasons and amount limits; it submits early and never accepts a dispute. Shopify Payments disputes are submitted directly where Shopify has approved your store; otherwise Verdikx prepares the packet and you finish in Shopify admin.
Which processors are supported?
Shopify Payments and Stripe, plus Braintree, Adyen, Checkout.com, Authorize.net, Klarna, Afterpay and WooPayments in beta, plus any processor or bank that emails chargeback notices. Beta connections are fully built and supported, and are now opening to their first merchants, so we work closely with every merchant who connects one. Shopify Payments, Stripe and email, CSV and API intake are generally available. Direct PayPal and Square connections are coming soon.
Which store platforms work with Verdikx?
Shopify stores install the Verdikx app: screening (within a few minutes of each new order), holds, risk rules and the Shopify risk panel run on their orders. Merchants on WooCommerce (beta), BigCommerce, commercetools, VTEX or Miva (beta), another platform or with processor disputes only sign up on verdikx.com and pay by card; WooCommerce orders are screened about a minute after checkout, each verdict is noted on the order and High risk orders can be put on hold there, and WooPayments disputes import. BigCommerce, commercetools, VTEX, Miva, Wix, Squarespace and Magento 2 orders, shipments and refunds sync every 30 minutes (read-only, beta). Marketplaces such as Amazon, eBay and Etsy are coming soon. Any other platform can send orders through the universal connector (beta). Disputes from any connected processor, emailed notice, CSV or the API are answered wherever the sale happened.
I'm not on Shopify. How do I sign up and pay?
Choose a plan on this page, create your account on verdikx.com, say what you sell on (WooCommerce, BigCommerce, another platform, or just your processors) and pay by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or Link at a Stripe checkout; yearly plans can also pay by bank transfer. The 7-day free trial starts at checkout (one per account), the same plans and prices apply as on Shopify, and you manage, change or cancel the plan under Billing → Manage billing. Your card is charged only when the trial ends, and never if you cancel before.
Do you guarantee outcomes?
No. Banks decide disputes. Verdikx builds a complete, documented case from your records and never invents evidence.
What happens if I go over?
Nothing is charged for going over, and no order is ever cancelled or held because of a limit. Each plan includes a number of orders screened per month. At 80% we let you know in the app (and by email if alerts are on). If you reach the limit, screening keeps running for 7 days or 20% more orders, whichever comes first; after that new orders aren't screened until the next month starts, unless you upgrade. Disputes, evidence and submissions are never limited, so you can always answer a deadline. Starter includes AI drafts and the AI claim check for 10 cases a month; after that you can still write your own response, and the contradiction finder's rule-based checks still run.
