What is the AI contradiction finder?
A Verdikx feature, on every plan, that sets the cardholder's dispute claim against your records (delivery scans, customer messages, refunds, repeat purchases, cancellation timing) and lists each contradiction with the exact record behind it, so your response leads with the evidence that disproves the claim. AI findings are re-checked against those records. Starter includes AI drafts and the AI claim check for 10 cases a month (one shared count); Growth and Pro have unlimited AI drafts and AI claim checks (fair use).

No. Verdikx is software that sits beside your store and processors. Payments still run through Shopify Payments, Stripe or your existing processor; Verdikx reads orders and disputes and submits evidence through each processor's API where it has one.
