Scattered portals
Each processor has its own dashboard, format and deadline. Cases slip through the cracks between them.
Chargebacks
Chargeback management software collects disputes from your payment processors into one queue, links each to its order, gathers the evidence and submits the response before the deadline. Verdikx does this for Shopify Payments and Stripe, with Braintree, Adyen, Checkout.com and others in beta, plus chargeback notices from any processor or bank by email or CSV.
Part of one platform
Verdikx handles prevention and chargeback recovery on the same order record, from checkout to chargeback and after.
On Growth and Pro, a 0–100 risk score with plain-English reasons on every new order after it is placed: IP and device velocity, card testing, account takeover, repeat disputers, chargebacks linked from other orders, IP intelligence, your blocklists and rules, and Verdikx Network history. Risky orders are held before fulfilment; you decide.
Tracking, store policies, customer messages, checkout signals and order history are saved to the order's evidence vault as they happen, not rebuilt later.
Stripe early fraud warnings land in one inbox, so you can refund within your limits before they turn into chargebacks. Card-network alerts (Visa RDR, Mastercard Ethoca) coming soon.
One queue for nine processors (some in beta) plus emailed or CSV notices. Each case gets a reason-code checklist, an AI draft that cites your records and a PDF evidence packet, submitted by you, or by Autopilot where the processor allows it.
Refund-abuse scores and returns recommendations before the refund goes out, a daily chargeback-ratio check that warns you as it climbs, and a Results dashboard with win rates, recovered revenue and what you kept, by processor and reason.
The problem
Each processor has its own dashboard, format and deadline. Cases slip through the cracks between them.
Tracking in one tool, messages in another, policies on the storefront. Assembling it by hand takes hours per case.
Banks decide by reason code. A one-size template ignores what actually wins each dispute type.
How Verdikx solves it
Imported from each processor and from forwarded notices, automatically linked to the original order in your store.
A live checklist of what wins each Visa, Mastercard, Amex and Discover reason code, filled from your records.
A response grounded only in recorded facts, plus the evidence that contradicts the cardholder's claim. You approve each finding.
Straight to the processor's API from the case wherever it has one, with Visa Compelling Evidence 3.0 when prior orders qualify.

Beta: fully built and supported. Shopify Payments direct submission depends on Shopify's approval for your store.
Prevention stops disputes before they are filed: order screening, early fraud warnings, clear descriptors and delivery updates. Management handles the disputes that still arrive: collecting them, building evidence and responding before the deadline. Verdikx does both; prevention is covered on its order screening page.
No. The self-serve plans are flat subscriptions: Starter $29, Growth $79 and Pro $199 a month, with yearly billing saving 20% and a 7-day free trial.
Beta connections are fully built and supported, and are now opening to their first merchants, so we work closely with every merchant who connects one. Shopify Payments, Stripe and email, CSV and API intake are generally available.
The direct PayPal connection is coming soon. Until it is available, you can forward chargeback notices from any processor or bank to your private Verdikx address so they become cases, then send the packet yourself and mark it sent.
No. Banks and card networks decide disputes. Verdikx builds the strongest response your records support, never invents evidence, and shows each claim's source so you can review it before anything is submitted.
