What a profile shows
- History: every order, refund, return and chargeback for the customer, on one timeline.
- Refund-abuse score: how the customer's refunds and returns compare with normal behaviour, with the reasons.
- IP and device history: the IPs used at checkout (first and last seen, place, network, with Tor and hosting flags) and the devices recorded by the storefront pixel.
- Linked orders: other orders in your store that share an IP, a device or an identity, which is how one person behind several accounts shows up.
- Lists: whether the customer, their email or their devices are on your blocklist or trusted list.
How it is used
Profiles feed order screening and returns review, so a customer with past chargebacks or serial returns is flagged on the next order or return. If you opt in to the Verdikx Network, outcomes from other participating stores add to the picture without sharing raw customer data. You can block a customer from the profile.
Where it fits
Customer risk profiles are on Growth and Pro. See refund abuse and AI risk explanations.
Frequently asked questions
What is a customer risk profile?
A Verdikx page for each customer with their orders, refunds and chargebacks, a refund-abuse score, the IPs and devices they used, and other orders in your store linked by a shared IP, device or identity, plus a short AI summary.
How does Verdikx link accounts?
Orders in your store are linked when they share a checkout IP, a device recorded by the storefront pixel, or an identity such as email or address. Links stay within your store; the Verdikx Network shares only keyed hashes of outcomes.
Can I block a customer from their profile?
Yes. Add the customer's email, devices or other details to your blocklist from the profile, and new orders that match are held or flagged.
Which plans include customer risk profiles?
Growth and Pro, together with refund-abuse scores and returns review.
