Send events to your own webhook

Get a signed POST when a dispute is created, updated, won or lost, evidence is ready, or an order is screened or held.

Add a webhook endpoint in Verdikx

Add an endpoint

  1. Open Settings → Webhooks.
  2. Enter an Endpoint URL starting with https://.
  3. Tick the events: dispute.created, dispute.updated, dispute.won, dispute.lost, evidence.ready, order.screened, order.held, order.flagged_known_offender.
  4. Click Add endpoint and copy the signing secret (whsec_…). It is shown only once.

Delivery

  • Respond with any 2xx status within 10 seconds.
  • Failed deliveries retry with backoff for about 8 hours. After 30 failures in a row the endpoint is paused; click Re-enable when it's fixed.
  • Verify the Verdikx-Signature header and de-duplicate on the event id. See Developers.
