Create an API key in Verdikx

Connect

  1. Create an API key in Settings → API keys with the permissions your Zap needs.
  2. Paste it into Zapier when it asks for your Verdikx key.

What you can do

  • Triggers: dispute created, updated, won or lost; evidence ready; order screened or held.
  • Actions: Create chargeback case (for processors Verdikx doesn't connect to) and Add evidence note to a case.

Evidence notes added through Zapier are never submitted automatically; you review them on the case.
