Where the policy doesn't decide
Where it helps
- Visa 13.7 Cancelled Merchandise/Services: a limited return or cancellation policy that was properly disclosed and accepted at checkout, which the cardholder didn't follow, is the core of the response.
- Visa 13.6 Credit Not Processed: if the return didn't qualify under a disclosed policy, show the policy and the return record.
Make the policy count
- Show it at checkout and keep proof the customer saw or accepted it.
- Keep the version that was live when the order was placed.
- State refund timing clearly.
Verdikx saves the policies shown at the time with each order, so the packet reflects what the customer actually saw.
