Steps

  1. Open Results.
  2. Pick the Reporting period.
  3. Click Export CSV.

The file includes up to 20,000 cases with: case ID, processor, processor case ID, order ID, reason, amount, currency, status, outcome (won, lost, conceded or open), workflow and evidence status, whether evidence was submitted, recovered amount, evidence due date and when the case was finalized, created and updated.
