Notifications and email alerts

Dispute alerts always appear in the app. Turn on email for new disputes, deadline reminders and outcomes.

Where in VerdikxSettings → Notifications, and Home → Notifications

In the app

Home → Notifications lists every alert: new disputes, 72-hour and 24-hour deadline reminders (and 7-day ones if you turn them on), Autopilot submissions, and won or lost outcomes. These reminders work on every plan, including Starter, whether or not you use Autopilot. Click Mark read or Resolve. Resolving an alert doesn't change the dispute or the order.

By email

  1. Open Settings and find Notifications.
  2. Enter an Alert email.
  3. Tick Email me about disputes and deadlines (off by default).
  4. Click Save settings.

If you use Autopilot, its card has its own Dispute alerts switch and Alert email, which take priority.

What the emails say

  • Deadline reminders say whether the case is ready to submit, what is still missing, and link straight to the case. The deadline is shown in your store's time zone.
  • Reminder timing: 72 hours and 24 hours before the deadline always. Tick 7 days before under Settings → Notifications → Deadline reminders for an earlier one.
  • Dispute lost emails list what the packet was missing (from the evidence checklist recorded with the case) and the processor's next steps, such as checking for a pre-arbitration option. The closed case shows the same under What the packet was missing. Banks don't share their reasons, so this lists gaps, not the cause.

Every alert email has an unsubscribe link. Click it and choose Turn off email alerts.
