The headline numbers

  • Recovered: money won back, with how many times it covers your plan cost.
  • Win rate: won ÷ (won + lost). Open, accepted, refunded and prevented cases are left out, and so are cases you marked Intentional fraud: don't fight (the Win rate card says how many).
  • Prevented: disputes your processor closed before they became a chargeback, usually by refunding the buyer through a prevention programme. Shown on their own (on Home too) and never counted as won.
  • Risky orders stopped: high-risk orders Verdikx flagged, held or blocked.
  • Chargeback ratio: disputes ÷ orders over the last 30 days, store-wide and per processor, shown as Healthy, Watch (from 0.65%), Approaching the 1.5% limit (from 1%) or Above Visa and Mastercard 1.5%. Under 100 orders is marked a small sample. A daily check alerts you in the app, and by email if you opted in to email alerts, when a ratio rises into a higher band.
  • No per-card-network ratio: orders don't record the card brand, so the ratio can't be split by network; the card-network breakdown counts disputes only.
  • An early warning: Verdikx doesn't see Visa fraud reports (TC40) beyond the Stripe early fraud warnings you connect, and VAMP counts them, so your VAMP ratio can be higher than this one. It is not the official VAMP or ECM figure; your acquirer and processor report that.
