Upgrade, downgrade or cancel your plan
Upgrades apply right away; downgrades at your next billing cycle. Cancel any time from Billing.
Where in VerdikxSettings → Billing
Upgrade or downgrade
- Open Settings → Billing and scroll to Plans.
- Click Upgrade to … or Downgrade to … and approve the change in Shopify.
Upgrades apply right away (any remaining trial days carry over), including the new plan's higher monthly limits, so screening that was paused for the month restarts at once. Downgrades apply at your next billing cycle; if this month's usage is already above the lower plan's limit, new screening may pause until the month resets. Switching from monthly to yearly applies right away and Shopify credits the unused part of your month; switching from yearly to monthly applies when your paid year ends.
Update your payment method
Click Update payment method in Shopify. Charges are billed by Shopify on your Shopify invoice.
Cancel
On a Shopify store:
- Click Cancel plan.
- Read what will happen. If you like, pick a reason (Too expensive, Missing a feature, Not enough disputes, Switching to another tool or Other) and add a note; both are optional. Then click Cancel plan to confirm.
Your answer only helps us improve Verdikx and never holds up the cancellation.
Future charges stop at once. Monthly plans and trials keep working until the end of the period you've paid for (or the end of the trial). A yearly plan cancelled early keeps working until the end of the current month of the plan year, and the unused months are credited to your Shopify bill (if Shopify handles the proration, access ends right away and Shopify credits the unused days). The confirmation shows the exact date and amount before you confirm. Uninstalling the app also cancels billing.
On a workspace billed by card (Stripe):
- Click Manage billing.
- On the Stripe page that opens, cancel your plan and confirm.
Your plan stays active until the end of the period you've paid for, and you won't be charged again. That period is not refunded, except where the law requires it or it is your first paid month (below).
If your first paid month isn't worth it
Not worth it in your first paid month? Email us within 30 days of that first charge and we'll refund that month. You don't need to give a reason.
- Ask within 30 days of your first paid charge (the first charge after your free trial). Click Request first-month refund under Plans in Settings → Billing, or email support@verdikx.com with your store.
- Cancel your plan too (Cancel plan, or uninstall the app). We refund once it's cancelled.
- On a yearly plan, the refund is one month's share of the yearly price; the rest of the year follows the usual cancellation rules.
- One refund per store, on Starter, Growth or Pro. It goes back through Shopify (your Shopify invoice) or to your card through Stripe.
- It refunds your Verdikx subscription fee only. It doesn't reimburse chargebacks or fees, and it doesn't depend on any dispute's outcome: banks decide those.
