Your cases
You can download your cases any time with Results → Export CSV, and each evidence packet from its case.
A full copy or deletion
To delete your account yourself, open Settings → Delete account on verdikx.com and type your account email to confirm: it deletes your login and every workspace's data right away and ends any card subscription. A Shopify store must be uninstalled from Shopify admin first, and deletion isn't available inside Shopify admin. A full account export isn't self-service yet: email the privacy address on the Support page from the email on your Verdikx account, or use the privacy request form. We confirm it's you, then answer within 30 days, except records the law requires us to keep.
When you uninstall
Store data is deleted after Shopify's store deletion request, which usually arrives about 48 hours after uninstalling. Download packets you need first.
