Store policies
On a Shopify store, Verdikx copies the refund policy, shipping policy and terms of service you publish in Shopify into any of these fields that are blank, when you install and again each day. Text you saved is never replaced, and Settings shows Copied from your Shopify policies on the date it happened. Shopify publishes no separate return policy, so add yours if it differs from your refund policy.
- Open Settings and find Store policies.
- Paste or edit your Refund, Return and Shipping policies and Terms of Service.
- Click Check against Shopify → Compare published policies to confirm they match what customers see.
- Click Save settings.
Business details
In Settings → Business details, enter your merchant / trading name, support email and business address, then click Save settings. This appears at the top of every evidence packet.
Rebuild open packets after changing either.
