Uninstall Verdikx

Uninstall from Shopify admin. Billing stops, access is revoked and store data is deleted afterwards.

Before you uninstall

Download any evidence packets and CSV exports you want to keep.

Steps

  1. In Shopify admin, open Settings → Apps.
  2. Find Verdikx, open the menu next to it and choose Uninstall.
  3. Confirm.

What happens

  • Billing stops and Autopilot is turned off; scheduled submissions are cancelled.
  • Connected processors and helpdesks are disconnected and their credentials deleted. API keys are revoked and webhooks paused.
  • Store data is kept until Shopify's deletion request (usually about 48 hours later), then deleted.
