Plans, prices and the free trial

The plans

• Starter ($29/month): Shopify dispute evidence, AI drafts and the AI claim check for 10 cases a month, tracking and delivery evidence, email and CSV chargeback intake, customer messages. One store.
• Growth ($79/month): everything in Starter plus unlimited AI drafts and AI claim checks (subject to fair use), order screening for up to 10,000 orders a month, Stripe and other processors, helpdesks, returns, prevention alerts, Autopilot, the API and webhooks, and Verdikx Network signals. One store.
• Pro ($199/month, recommended): everything in Growth plus screening for up to 50,000 orders a month, risk rules, WooCommerce and other sales channels and priority support. One store per plan.

Prices are in USD. Self-serve plans are subscriptions with usage included: there is no success fee, no revenue share and no percentage of order value, so Verdikx takes no cut of what you win back. Shopify shows the current price for your approval before anything is charged.

Monthly limits and what happens if you go over

Limits count per store and calendar month (UTC), and are the same on monthly and yearly billing. Settings → Billing → Usage this month shows where you are.

• At 80% of your screened-order limit, Verdikx shows a banner in the app (and emails you if email alerts are on).
• At 100%, screening keeps running for 7 days or 20% more orders, whichever comes first. After that, new orders aren't screened until the 1st of next month, unless you upgrade.
• Going over never adds a charge, and no order is ever cancelled or held because of a limit.
• Disputes, evidence and submissions are never limited, so you can always answer a deadline.
• Starter includes AI drafts and the AI claim check for 10 cases a month. They share one count, and a case that gets both counts once. After that you can still write and submit your own response, and the contradiction finder's rule-based checks still run. "Unlimited" AI drafts and AI claim checks are subject to fair use: a monthly allowance per store that normal use does not reach. Past it, AI features pause until the 1st of next month and everything else keeps working (see the Terms of Service, "Usage limits and fair use").

Monthly or yearly

Yearly plans cost 20% less than paying monthly: Starter $278/year, Growth $758/year, Pro $1,910/year. Switch between Monthly and Yearly above the plans. Without a plan, disputes still appear in Verdikx, but building, drafting and submitting evidence, screening and Autopilot need an active plan or trial.

The free trial

Every plan starts with a 7-day free trial, once per store. Shopify shows the plan and trial for your approval before anything is charged.

If your first paid month isn't worth it

Not worth it in your first paid month? Email us within 30 days of that first charge and we'll refund that month. You don't need to give a reason.

• Ask within 30 days of your first paid charge (the first charge after your free trial). Click Request first-month refund under Plans in Settings → Billing, or email support@verdikx.com with your store.
• Cancel your plan too (Cancel plan, or uninstall the app). We refund once it's cancelled.
• On a yearly plan, the refund is one month's share of the yearly price; the rest of the year follows the usual cancellation rules.
• One refund per store, on Starter, Growth or Pro. It goes back through Shopify (your Shopify invoice) or to your card through Stripe.
• It refunds your Verdikx subscription fee only. It doesn't reimburse chargebacks or fees, and it doesn't depend on any dispute's outcome: banks decide those.

Choose a plan

Open Settings → Billing and click Start 7-day trial on the plan you want, then approve it in Shopify.
