Customer data requests (GDPR / CCPA)
When a customer asks Shopify for their data, Verdikx prepares the export automatically. Deletions are automatic too.

Data export requests
When a customer asks Shopify for their data, Verdikx builds a JSON export automatically, lists it under Settings → Privacy requests and emails a download link (valid 24 hours) to your verified sign-in email; your store's alert email gets a notice without the link. Once that link expires, click Download customer data (JSON) in Settings → Privacy requests for a fresh one, and send the file to the customer. Respond within 30 days. Exports are deleted after 30 days.
Deletion requests
When Shopify sends a customer deletion request, Verdikx deletes that customer's evidence history, files, packets and conversations, and removes their name and address from orders. Amounts and statuses are kept.
