Install Verdikx and connect your Shopify store
Install from the Shopify App Store and open Verdikx from Shopify admin. What Verdikx imports, and how long it takes.

Install from Shopify admin
- Open the Verdikx listing on the Shopify App Store and click Install.
- Approve the permissions Shopify shows you.
- Verdikx opens inside Shopify admin. Your store is connected and an owner account is created for you automatically.
Opening Verdikx from Shopify uses your Shopify login. If you also want to sign in at the Verdikx website, see Sign in, passwords and two-factor.
Connect from the Verdikx website
Every Shopify store, including another store for the same Verdikx account, installs from the Shopify App Store (above); the website never installs a store from a typed address. Already installed? Open Verdikx from your Shopify admin → Apps, or click Sign in through Shopify admin on the website's sign-in page: Shopify lets you pick the store and opens Verdikx inside Shopify admin. After an install or reconnect you land in Verdikx inside Shopify admin.
What happens next
- Verdikx subscribes to Shopify's order, fulfillment, refund and dispute updates, so new orders are captured in the background even when the app is closed.
- It imports your existing orders, customers, refunds and disputes. Large stores can take a few minutes.
- Every new order is saved to your evidence vault with a timestamp, ready for any future dispute.
- Choose a plan (7-day free trial) to turn protection on: Home shows what's at stake for your store and one Activate protection button. Shopify asks you to approve the plan, and nothing is charged during the trial. See Plans, prices and the free trial.
- Turn on email alerts so new disputes and deadlines reach your inbox: tap Turn on email alerts on Home once your plan starts, or choose an address in Settings → Notifications. Alerts always show in the app; email stays off until you turn it on.
Take the tour
Inside Shopify admin nothing opens on its own. Start the guided walk through Verdikx from Settings → Help & support → Replay the app tour, any time. On the Verdikx website, a store you just connected also gets a welcome message with Show me around.
