A feature says it's on another plan
Some features need Growth or Pro. Here's what each plan unlocks and how to upgrade.
Where in VerdikxSettings → Billing
Why you see it
Features outside your plan show See plans in Billing instead of their controls.
- Growth unlocks order screening, Stripe and other processors, helpdesks, returns, prevention alerts, Autopilot, the API and webhooks.
- Pro adds risk rules and WooCommerce. Every store needs its own plan.
Upgrade
Open Settings → Billing, click Upgrade to … and approve in Shopify. Upgrades apply right away.
After a downgrade, you can still disconnect sources, revoke API keys and release held orders, and you can always switch features off (screening, automatic holds, risk rules, prevention). Only turning a feature on needs the plan.
