Build, preview and download an evidence packet
The PDF packet collects everything Verdikx recorded about the order. What it contains and how to add files.

Build the packet
- Open the case from Disputes → Cases.
- Click Build packet (or Rebuild packet after changes). It takes a few moments.
Building a packet never submits anything.
What's inside
Your merchant information, the case reference, your reviewed response, records that contradict the claim (only ones you approved), order and payment records, delivery destination, products, shipments and carrier scans, subscription and return records, the policies captured with the order, refunds, customer conversations and where each record came from.
Add your own files
In the case's evidence checklist, click Upload file next to the item it supports (or Upload another file) and choose a PDF, JPEG or PNG up to 10 MB. Uploads are listed in the packet and attached separately when you submit.

Use Preview packet to read it page by page and Download PDF packet to save it.
Keep your packet details current
The header comes from Settings → Business details, and the policies from Settings → Store policies.
