“This Shopify store belongs to another Verdikx login”
Each store has one owner account. Sign in with the account that first connected it.

Why it happens
A Shopify store can be connected to one Verdikx account. If you connected it before with a different email (or Verdikx created an account when you installed from Shopify), connecting it from another login is blocked to protect the store's data.
Fix it
- Sign in with the Verdikx account you originally used. If you installed from Shopify, sign in on the website with Continue with Shopify and your store address, or open Verdikx from Shopify admin.
- If you need the store moved to another account, contact support to arrange a transfer.

- “We couldn't confirm a connected store for this login”: you're signed in to an account without a store. Sign in to the account that connected Shopify, or connect the store from Settings.
- “Each store needs its own plan”: this account's plans already cover the stores connected to it. To protect another Shopify store, install Verdikx on it from the Shopify App Store, where it gets its own plan. Stores already connected are never disconnected.
