Messages you might see
- “Link this case to its store and order before AI review.” Link the order first.
- This month's AI cases are used (Starter). Starter includes AI drafts and the AI claim check for 10 cases a month, shared. Upgrade to Growth for unlimited AI drafts and AI claim checks (fair use), or write the response yourself; the contradiction finder's rule-based checks still run.
- Today's AI limit reached. A daily safety limit; it resets at midnight UTC.
- “AI drafting is not set up for this workspace” or “AI drafting is paused.” AI drafting is unavailable; write the response yourself, and everything else works as usual.
In every case, your evidence vault, packets and manual drafting still work.
