Connect Recharge, Skio, Loop or AfterShip (beta)
Add subscription, return and tracking records to your evidence. Collected when a dispute arrives.

Steps
- Open Connections and scroll to Subscriptions, returns and tracking.
- On the card you want, paste the API key and click Connect.
- Recharge: the token needs read access to customers, subscriptions and charges. Add the optional client secret and Verdikx registers a cancellation webhook for you. You can also paste the subscription terms shown to customers.
- Skio: API key, plus optional subscription terms.
- Loop Returns: a key with the Returns scope.
- AfterShip: API key. After connecting, add the webhook URL shown on the card in AfterShip under Settings → Webhooks.
- AfterShip Returns (beta): the same AfterShip API key; return requests are looked up by order number.
- ShipStation (beta): API key and secret from Settings → Account → API Settings. Adds the label record (ship date, carrier, tracking number, voided labels).
- EasyPost (beta): production API key. Only trackers already in your account are read; none are created.
- ShipBob (beta): a personal access token from Integrations → API Tokens; Verdikx reads your channel from the token.
- 17TRACK (beta): API key. Tracking numbers are registered in your 17TRACK account when a dispute needs them, which uses your 17TRACK quota.
Evidence is collected when a dispute arrives for a matching order or customer.
