Connect Stripe

Connect Stripe in Verdikx

Before you start

Stripe disputes are included with the Growth and Pro plans.

Steps

  1. Open Connections and scroll to Payment processors.
  2. On the Stripe card, click Connect Stripe.
  3. Sign in to Stripe and approve access. You come back to Verdikx when it is done.

Verdikx imports your open Stripe disputes and keeps their status and deadlines up to date automatically. There is no webhook to set up.

Responding

Evidence goes to Stripe only when you click Submit to Stripe on a case and confirm. See Submit a dispute response.

Disconnect

Click Disconnect on the Stripe card. Imported disputes stay in Verdikx.
