Connect Klarna or Afterpay / Clearpay (beta)
Connect buy-now-pay-later disputes with API credentials. Both sync hourly.

Klarna
- In the Klarna Merchant Portal, go to Settings → Klarna API keys and create an API username and password.
- In Verdikx, click Connect Klarna, choose your region (Europe, North America or Oceania) and Production or Playground.
- Paste the username and password and click Verify and connect. A webhook signing key is optional.
When you submit, you choose how you contest the dispute. Klarna takes one response per evidence request, and some dispute types must be answered in the Klarna Merchant Portal.
Afterpay / Clearpay
- Click Connect Afterpay / Clearpay.
- Choose the API region and Production or Sandbox, then enter your Merchant ID and Secret Key.
- Click Verify and connect.
Afterpay accepts one submission per dispute, so review the packet first.
Good to know
- Both sync hourly. Verdikx checks your keys with a live call before saving them. Keys are stored encrypted and never shown again.
- Klarna and Afterpay cases cannot be auto-submitted by Autopilot.
