Forward chargeback emails to Verdikx
Get a private forwarding address so chargeback notices from any processor or bank become cases automatically.
Where in VerdikxConnections → Chargebacks → Any processor or bank
Get your address
- Open Connections and find the Any processor or bank card.
- Your private forwarding address appears under Forwarding address (it ends in
@in.verdikx.com). Click Copy.
Set up forwarding
- In the inbox that receives chargeback notices, add a forwarding rule to that address.
- If you use Gmail, Gmail sends a confirmation code. Verdikx captures it and shows it on the card. Enter it in Gmail to finish.
Only forward from inboxes you trust. Adding a label after a plus sign (address+label@…) still works.
What Verdikx does with each email
- Chargeback notices from PayPal, Braintree, Square, Adyen, Checkout.com, Authorize.net, Klarna, Afterpay/Clearpay, Amazon Pay, Shop Pay and banks become cases.
- PDF and image attachments are kept as evidence.
- Forwarded or BCC'd customer emails attach to the order as conversations.
You submit evidence for these cases to the processor yourself, then mark the case as sent.
Change the address
Click Create a new address. Mail sent to the old address stops arriving, so update your forwarding rules.
