Connect Authorize.net (beta)
Import Authorize.net chargebacks. Authorize.net has no evidence API, so you send the packet yourself and record it.

Steps
- Open Connections and click Connect Authorize.net.
- Enter your API Login ID and Transaction Key. The Signature Key is optional and only speeds up imports through a webhook.
- Click Verify and connect.
Chargebacks appear after settlement (Verdikx checks every few hours). Authorize.net does not share a response deadline, so check it in your chargeback notice.
Responding
Authorize.net has no evidence API:
- Build the evidence packet on the case and download it.
- Send it to your processor as the chargeback notice instructs.
- Back in Verdikx, click Mark as sent to processor, then I sent it.
Disconnect
Click Disconnect on the Authorize.net card. Verdikx deletes the stored keys; disputes it already imported stay. Also delete the key (and webhook, if you made one) in Authorize.net.
