Submit a dispute response

Submit to Stripe, Braintree, Adyen and others from the case, or mark the case as sent where the processor has no API.

Where in VerdikxDisputes → Cases → open the case → Case Actions

Before you can submit

Submit buttons unlock once a current evidence packet exists. Save a reviewed response and build the packet first.

Submit from Verdikx

  1. Open the case and click Submit to … (for example Submit to Stripe).
  2. Read the summary and click Confirm and submit.

Verdikx sends your reviewed response and the PDF packet. Most processors accept only one submission and it can't be edited afterwards. Verdikx never accepts a dispute for you.
