Draft a response with AI
Verdikx drafts a response from the recorded facts. You review it, edit it and save the version that goes in the packet.
Where in VerdikxDisputes → Cases → open the case → response
Steps
- Open the case. The order must be linked first.
- In the response section, click Draft now (or New AI draft to start over).
- Read the draft. Each paragraph cites the records it is based on. Edit anything you like, or dictate with Start dictation.
- Tick I reviewed this response, then click Save reviewed version.
- Rebuild the packet so it includes your reviewed version.
Only the newest saved version goes into the next packet. Earlier versions stay available in the Version list.
What the AI sees
A limited set of order and shipping facts. Customer names, emails, addresses and your uploaded files are not sent.
AI allowances
- Starter includes AI drafts and the AI claim check for 10 cases per month per store. They share one count: a case that gets both counts once. Growth and Pro include unlimited AI drafts and AI claim checks, subject to fair use.
- Fair use: each store has a monthly AI allowance (drafts and regenerations, the AI claim check, risk explanations, AI reading of forwarded emails and the assistant) that normal use does not reach. If a store reaches it, the case says "AI draft limit reached" with the date drafts resume (the 1st of next month). Your evidence packet is still built, and you can write and submit your own response.
- There is also a daily safety limit. If you reach it, manual drafting still works.
- If you see “AI drafting is not set up for this workspace”, write the response yourself; everything else works.
