Playbooks, consistency checks and contradictions
Reason-code playbooks tell you what wins; consistency and contradiction checks catch problems before you submit.

Playbook
Each case shows a playbook for its dispute reason (for example *Merchandise not received* or *Unauthorized transaction*): what evidence wins, what to avoid and the deadlines. Items show as Available, Partial or Missing.
Evidence consistency review
Checks your records for problems a bank would notice, like a policy that changed after the order or a delivery date before the ship date. It runs without AI.
Contradiction finder
Click Find contradictions to look for records that contradict the cardholder's claim. These rule-based checks run on every case. You can also tick Also run the AI claim check, which uses the case's AI allowance: on Starter, AI drafts and the AI claim check share 10 cases a month (a case that gets both counts once); on Growth and Pro both are unlimited (fair use). When the month's allowance is used, the finder says This month's AI cases are used with the date it resets, and the rule-based checks still run.
Review each finding and click Approve for packet or Reject. Only approved findings go into the packet. Included on every plan.
Visa Compelling Evidence 3.0
For Visa fraud disputes (reason 10.4), the packet lists prior undisputed transactions from the same customer when Verdikx has them.
