Blocklists and Trusted lists

Block IP addresses and ranges, emails, email domains, phones, shipping addresses, cards and devices. Matching orders are held before they ship.

Where in VerdikxAutomation → Blocklist, or Block… on any order

Open the blocklist in Verdikx Block an IP, email, phone, address or card in Verdikx Import or export the blocklist as CSV in Verdikx

What you can block

IP address (203.0.113.7) or IP range in CIDR form (203.0.113.0/24).
Email (matched however it is written: case, dots in Gmail addresses and +tags are ignored) or a whole email domain, including its subdomains.
Phone, stored in international form (+44 20 7946 0958).
Shipping address: street line, postal code and country.
Card: the BIN (first 6 digits), last 4 and optional expiry. Never enter a full card number; Verdikx refuses one.
Device: the browser that placed an order, from the Verdikx storefront pixel. Add devices from an order's Block… menu.

Block from an order

Open Orders.
Click Block… in the order's Actions column.
Pick what to block. The confirmation shows exactly the value that will be blocked.

Manage the list

Open Automation → Blocklist to search, add, remove, set an expiry or change what a match does:

Hold fulfillment and tag (default): the order is tagged "Verdikx: blocklist" and held until you release it.
Hold for cancellation: holds the order, adds a note and sends an alert that offers Cancel, refund and restock (you confirm first). Verdikx never cancels an order on its own.
Flag only: tag the order, no hold.

A match always lifts the verdict to at least Needs review (High risk for hold and cancel entries) and the reason names the entry, for example "Blocked IP 203.0.113.7 (added by you on Oct 4)". Click View entry on the order to open it.

Trusted list

Add a customer's email, phone, address, card or IP to the Trusted list to stop blocklist holds for them. Trusted entries never lower other risk signals, and devices can't be trusted.

CSV import and export

Click Export CSV to download every entry. Import CSV reads the same columns: list (blocked or trusted), kind, value, action, reason and expires_at. Up to 1,000 rows at a time; invalid rows are listed and skipped.
