Pre-dispute alerts and automatic refunds
Refund Stripe early fraud warnings before they become chargebacks.

Refunding in time avoids the chargeback fee and keeps the case off your dispute ratio. Included with Growth and Pro.
Where alerts come from
Today: Stripe early fraud warnings land in one inbox once Stripe is connected. PayPal inquiries join them when the PayPal connection leaves "Coming soon".
Handle an alert
Open Automation → Prevention. Under Needs action, each alert has a recommendation and buttons: Refund now, Hold fulfillment, Refunded elsewhere, Don't refund (keep the sale; if it becomes a dispute Verdikx builds evidence to fight it) or Link order.
Refund automatically (optional)
Open Automatic refunds:
- Tick Act on alerts automatically and Refund automatically.
- Set an Auto-refund limit above 0, the currency and your chargeback fee.
- Choose which orders qualify (unfulfilled, digital) and which sources it applies to.
- Click Save policy. It saves the policy panel only.
After a downgrade
Turning something off never needs an upgrade. On a plan without prevention, anything still switched on (automatic actions, the alert webhook) is listed with Turn off.
Verdikx refunds only when every condition matches: the source is enabled, the currency matches, the amount is within your limit, the order is linked and unfulfilled or digital, and a refund method is available. Otherwise it recommends.
