Order screening, risk rules, holds, pre-dispute alerts and the Verdikx Network.
- Order screening and verdictsOn Growth and Pro, every new order is screened automatically: Approved, Needs review or High risk, with a 0 to 100 score and plain-English reasons. Approved orders need nothing from you.
- Change screening settings and score thresholdsTurn screening on or off, tag risky orders in Shopify, hold High risk orders automatically and choose the review and high-risk scores.
- Create risk rules and use templatesRules act on screened orders: tag, note, alert you, publish a risk level or hold fulfillment. Pro plan.
- Test a risk rule on past ordersBefore you turn on or change a rule, see how many recent orders it would have held or flagged and what happened to them. Read-only. Pro plan.
- Review held or flagged orders that stayed cleanSee orders Verdikx held or flagged that went ahead and had no dispute or refund, with the rule behind each one, to tune your rules.
- Release an order Verdikx is holdingSee every order on hold and release it when you're ready to ship.
- Blocklists and Trusted listsBlock IP addresses and ranges, emails, email domains, phones, shipping addresses, cards and devices. Matching orders are held before they ship.
- IP location, proxies, VPNs, Tor and data centresVerdikx looks up where each order's checkout IP is and whether it hides behind a proxy, VPN, Tor or a hosting provider.
- Device signals from the Verdikx storefront pixelA privacy-respecting device id from checkout links repeat orders from one device and lets you block a device.
- Pre-dispute alerts and automatic refundsRefund Stripe early fraud warnings before they become chargebacks.
- The Verdikx Network and your privacyOpt-in: stores that join share chargeback and refund-abuse outcomes as one-way hashes. No store sees another store or its customers.
