Change screening settings and score thresholds
Turn screening on or off, tag risky orders in Shopify, hold High risk orders automatically and choose the review and high-risk scores.
Where in VerdikxAutomation → Autopilot & screening → Order screening
Steps
- Open Automation → Autopilot & screening.
- On the Order screening card:
- Screen new orders (on by default).
- Tag and annotate risky orders in Shopify (on by default): adds a “Verdikx: review” or “Verdikx: high risk” tag and a note.
- Hold High risk orders automatically (on by default): see below.
- Review from score and High risk from score. Review must be lower than high risk.
- Click Save screening settings. New orders use them right away.
Hold High risk orders automatically
When an order screens High risk, Verdikx pauses its fulfilment in Shopify so it can't ship until you look at it. On Orders the Hold column shows Held automatically. Approve order or Release hold lets it ship, and a hold you release is never placed again. Verdikx can't hold an order that has already shipped, and it needs Shopify's fulfilment-hold permission; in both cases nothing is held and the order is still marked High risk. To hold other orders too (for example Needs review orders above a value), add a hold rule under Risk rules.
After a downgrade
Turning something off never needs an upgrade. On a plan without screening the card keeps its switches so you can turn screening, tagging and automatic holds off; turning them back on, or changing the scores, needs Growth or Pro.
