Release an order Verdikx is holding

See every order on hold and release it when you're ready to ship.

Steps

  1. Open Automation → Risk rules. Orders on hold lists orders Verdikx is holding, with the reason.
  2. Click Release hold and confirm.

You can also release from Orders: tick On hold, then click Release hold in the Hold column.

Good to know

  • Verdikx only releases holds it placed. Holds from you or other apps stay.
  • Orders Verdikx held because they screened High risk show Held automatically; approving the order releases the hold too.
  • A released order is never held again by rules or prevention.
  • Releasing works on every plan, even after a downgrade.
