- Choose 30 days, 60 days or 90 days: how long an order must have stayed clean.
What's listed
Orders Verdikx held or flagged in the last 180 days that went ahead anyway (you released the hold, approved the order, or it shipped) and had no dispute or refund since. Each row links to the rule that held or flagged it, or says it was the screening verdict, so you can open the rule and loosen it.
Good to know
- The counts above the list also show how many held or flagged orders were later disputed or refunded, and how many are still on hold.
- Disputes can arrive up to about 120 days after a payment, so “clean” means clean so far.
- Included with Growth and Pro (order screening).
